Ian Kinne serves as Vice President of Logistics Innovation and Investments at Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas and leader of the Mobility Innovation Zone. Ian leads the planning and implementation of the surface freight innovation program, as well as affiliated real estate and investment opportunities. He collaborates with established global corporate leaders and mid-to-late-stage logistics-focused companies to promote technology commercialization within the Mobility Innovation Zone. Ultimately, these efforts drive the future of mobility and supply chain efficiencies for Hillwood’s partners and the region.
A Texas native, Ian attended Texas Christian University, where he graduated cum laude and with departmental honors while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis. Immediately upon graduating from TCU, Ian joined Hillwood full-time on the transaction team, focusing on office and industrial leasing. Ian is an avid outdoorsman in his spare time and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
