Mike Berry is the President of Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas. Mike leads strategic planning, business development efforts, and the acquisition and development initiatives for each business unit in AllianceTexas to cultivate the next generation of innovative companies and industries.

Ian Kinne serves as Vice President of Logistics Innovation and Investments at Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas and leader of the Mobility Innovation Zone. Ian leads the planning and implementation of the surface freight innovation program, as well as affiliated real estate and investment opportunities.

Christopher Ash has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of AllianceTexas throughout his nearly three-decade tenure at Hillwood. As President of the Alliance Aviation Companies at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport, Chris oversees ramp, fueling, and fixed-base operation (FBO) facility operations, while helping to solidify Perot Field’s standing among the top 20 cargo hubs in the US.
