David Silverman is the President and Managing Partner of Red Cell.
Prior to Red Cell, Dave was the Founder and CEO of both the McChrystal Group in 2011 and then CrossLead in 2016. He is a New York Times bestselling co-author of the book “Team of Teams”. David’s career began here in Coronado as a Navy SEAL. He is a combat-decorated veteran with 6 combat deployments around the globe.
