Jon Chisholm is a Managing Director at Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), where he partners with visionary founders and high-growth companies to accelerate transformative innovation. Based in Wichita, Kansas, Jon plays a key leadership role in advancing KDT’s early-stage and growth equity investment vision across various sectors, including energy, supply chain, and manufacturing.
In addition to his responsibilities at KDT, Jon currently serves on the boards of Percepto and MetOx International, providing strategic guidance as both organizations scale their advanced technology platforms. He also serves as a board member at Blue Current, Inc., further expanding his involvement in next-generation solid-state energy storage.
Jon joined KDT in 2022 after developing deep expertise across the Koch ecosystem for 20 years. He has held various commercial and investment leadership roles across Koch’s refining, fertilizer, liquid, and bulk commodity trading businesses. He was part of the founding team supporting the development of Big River Steel, one of the latest high technology steel mills developed in the U.S.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual focus in Finance and Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
